How do I check on my team's progress in their courses?

Log into the manager's dashboard at account.trust20.co to review your team's progress.

You have a few options for gaining insight into training progress. To check the course status of your users, visit either the Enrollments tab, Locations tab, or Staff tab. You will see the following statuses: Invited, Accepted, In Progress, Completed, and Failed. These statuses update automatically.

The Enrollments tab is the most comprehensive overview of your team's statuses in each product.

When you "Click to view details," you will see all staff associated with that product along with their location, status, attempts, and completion date. You can also filter by status or location.

You will also receive a Weekly Status Report that shows an overview of activity that week. If there was no usage, you will not receive an email.
