Learn how to download and get started with Trust20's mobile app through our partner Go.Learn
If you prefer taking one of our courses on your mobile phone, you can do so by downloading our mobile app with just a few simple steps!
After purchasing a training, you will receive a welcome email that contains a link to the learning platform. If you attempt to log in to your training from a mobile device, you will receive a popup from our partner app, Go.Learn, prompting you to download the app. That means you’re in the right place!
You may also enter the learning platform URL (learn.trust20.co) in your mobile browser and you will be prompted automatically to download the mobile app. Select “Download on the App Store” or “Get it on Google Play” to begin the download.
Open the app after it downloads, and enter learn.trust20.co where it says “Platform URL”. You will only need to enter this URL the first time you access the app.
After you input the platform address, you will be taken to Trust20’s sign-in page where you can use your email address and the password you created during checkout to access your course.
You will also be able to easily download your certificate from the mobile app after completing the course and passing the final assessment.
