Under certain conditions, you may purchase access to a new CFPM exam.
The security and integrity of our certification program is a top priority to us at Trust20. We have created an Exam Failure Policy to make sure the information contained in our programs and test materials stays confidential, to prevent unauthorized access, and to maintain the credibility of our certification process. You can read a summary below.
If you do not pass your CFPM exam, don’t worry! You will be able to retake the CFPM exam, but there are a few details from our Exam Failure Policy that you should know.
Retest Limit:
- If you do not pass your CFPM exam, you will have the option to retest by purchasing access to a new CFPM exam.
- You will be allowed to take the CFPM exam twice within a 30-day period from the date of your initial attempt.
- If you do not pass on your second attempt, you must wait a minimum of 60 days before being eligible to retake the CFPM exam.
- Within a 12-month period, you are allowed a maximum of four attempts to pass the CFPM exam.
The retest limit is in place to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the CFPM exam content.
Retest Eligibility:
If you fail a CFPM exam, you may purchase a retest immediately after the previous attempt until your fourth attempt in a 12-month period or within the date range from the number of failed CFPM exams. Keep in mind that scheduling your retest requires at least 24 hours advance notice for proctors.
