If you have completed your final assessment for a Food Handler Certificate or Food Allergy Certificate and noticed afterwards that the name on your certificate is spelled wrong, we can change the spelling for you and update your certificate.
Please note that the business hours for Trust20 Support are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST. Someone will respond to you as soon as possible.
There are two ways to contact us to update the name on your account.
Select the “Visit Help Center” button on the bottom of the learner homepage.
This will bring you to the Help Center, which you can also access from our website homepage.
Select “Help Center” on the top right corner of the website home page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Help Center homepage and click the “Contact Us” option.
Fill in the empty fields with your contact information, making sure your email address is the same one that is registered to your Trust20 account. In the message field, let us know that you need your name to be changed and include the correct spelling of your name so that we can update your certificate.
Learners in the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) program who plan to take Trust20's CFPM exam should keep in mind that the name you register your account under must match your photo ID. The testing procedures for the CFPM exam require that learners present their ID to the online proctor before they begin their exam.
