How do I file a complaint?


If you would like to file a complaint with Trust20 about an exam, process, program or certificant, you can do so through this complaint form.


You will receive a response within seven business days to confirm that your complaint submission has been received. Our team will work promptly (within up to 45 calendar days) to resolve the issue, and will notify you once a decision has been made.

 

If you would like to withdraw your complaint, you can do so by submitting another form requesting to withdraw your complaint submission.
