First, you should test your computer to ensure it is compatible with the exam. You need a working camera and microphone. Then, you can schedule your exam appointment.
On exam day, once you launch your exam, you will be able to select “Spanish” and the exam questions will be translated into Spanish.
If you do not see the language option pictured above, the chat box with your proctor might be covering it.
Simply close the chat box, select your language, and then you can reopen the proctor chat by clicking the “Support” icon on the left.
If you have a question for your proctor, you can write to them in Spanish and they can either connect you with a Spanish-speaking proctor, or they will use a translator tool and will reply to you in Spanish.
