How long do my staff have to take their courses and pass their assessments?

Courses are available for one year from the date of purchase. A course cannot be accessed once it expires, and online courses are not refundable.

You can review your team's progress by logging into your dashboard with the same email address and password you created during the checkout process.

If your staff member would like to access a locked course that has been completed in order to review training materials, ask your Account Manager about paying an "unlock" fee.
