How do I upload external certificates?
Trust20's Manager Dashboard allows you to upload and store external certificates for your staff. Trust20 also captures the expiration date and uses it to notify you when a staff member is approaching expiration. You will be notified at 90 day, 1 week, and 48 hour intervals.
Navigate to the Staff tab, and click the three dots next to the user for which you want to upload a certificate. Click “Edit.”

Scroll down and locate the Certificates section, and then click the “Upload Certificate” button.

Fill in the required fields, upload your file and click "Save".
