Employers can verify someone's credentials by contacting Trust20 Support.
You can submit a support ticket through Trust20's Help Center specifically requesting person verification.
This ticket should include your employee's full name and their Unique ID (listed on the credentials they received upon passing their CFPM exam.).
Verification requests will be processed within 48 hours during our support team’s business hours (9 AM - 7 PM EST Monday-Friday).
