What do I do if I am having trouble with Honorlock?

Having trouble with Honorlock? Uninstalling and reinstalling the Honorlock Chrome extension can resolve many common technical issues.

Uninstall the Honorlock extension
  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
  2. Select the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Extensions, then Manage Extensions.
  4. Find the Honorlock extension and select Remove.
  5. Select Remove again to confirm.

The Honorlock extension is now fully removed from your browser.

Reinstall the Honorlock extension
  1. Visit the Honorlock extension installation page.
  2. Follow the prompts to install the latest version of the extension.
  3. Return to Trust20 and restart your exam.

If the extension is not installed when you begin your exam, Honorlock may also prompt you to download and install it.
