What is the "proctor review" process?

Finalization of the CFPM exam can take 5-10 minutes to process, but some exams require a “proctor review,” which can take 2-3 business days.

If the threshold for flags is exceeded, additional review may be required. Proctor review can take 2-3 business days, and the reviewer will approve or reject your exam.


What happens if my exam is approved?

If your exam is approved and you passed, you will receive an email that your certificate has been issued. If you failed, you will be contacted about retesting.

What happens if my exam is rejected?

If your exam is rejected due to violations, you will need to take the exam again. If you are a staff member associated with a Teams account, your manager will be contacted regarding a retest, and you will be contacted about the violations. If you are an individual customer, you will be contacted directly.
