How do I log in to my training for the first time?

Logging into your account for the first time and beginning your course is quick and easy. You can log in immediately or come back to access later.

These instructions are for individuals who purchased the course for themselves. If you were invited by your manager and belong to a team, follow the instructions in this article.

After you purchase your course from Trust20, you can log in immediately from the checkout confirmation page.

Welcome Email

If you aren't ready to begin immediately, you will also receive a purchase confirmation email with a link to log in to your account. Select “Access the Course” from the bottom of the email.
